Foreigners, who would like to apply for China work visas (residence permit for work) in Beijing, are required to do the health check and get the report or have the report obtained in their home countries' appointed hospitals verified in the following place.

Transportation: get off at Xierqi subway station of Line 13. Then it costs about 15 rmb from the station to the clinic by taking a taxi.

Physical examination
Fee: 650 rmb (two copies in duplicate) - it is for work visas; cheaper if it is for student visas.
Notice: Original passport, a copy of the passport information page, 3 passport photos (white background color photos), cash only, NO breakfast
Time: about 1 hour
Time to take: 4 working days

Verification (for those who have already done the physical examination in some appointed hospitals outside China or in other China cities recently.)
Fee: 120 rmb (two copies in duplicate)
Documents required: Original passport, a copy of the passport information page, 3 passport photos (white background color photos), cash only, original physical examination reports
Time to take: 1 working day

Others
There is NO express service except some extremely urgent cases.
The reports can be sent to you by express mail. Extra fee: 30 rmb. You can do it through the express mail counter in the hall.
